Took side trip to Trier.  An old Roman outpost.

This is the inside of Porta Nigra.  One of the gates to the walled city of Trier.

Huffed and puffed to the top of Port Nigra just to get good views.

Henri getting ready for another fun filled European vacation.  He has his suitcase packed.  His two friends are sending him off.

It's almost a month since returning from Hawaii, time flies by so quickly.   Future travel in 2016 will be to Ireland, Germany, Luxembourg and Poland.

Hawaii April/May 2016

Travel to Kauai and Maui for some rest and relaxation from the daily grind of Gnome work.

Checking out the waterfalls down below. Impressive.

Excited to visit the park.  Look just above the letter "k"

Gnomes on Hawaii became extinct due to remoteness.  Hawaiians did not know what to make of a Gnome.

Double fall.  Gnome ancestors started the slow drip and now look what has happened.
