9/12 - Amsterdam day 2

Today was a busy day.  First stop Rejikmuseum to hobknob with the uppercrust.  OOU  saw Rembrant's painting and a lot of other artist's paintings and hoo haa's.  Seriously, a must stop just to see some of the history of Amersterdam.  Lunch at Bazar for some mediterranean food.  Here in Amsterdam you can get all kinds of international foods, it's a Dutch interpretation of what they think they ate while on vacation or a bit of a twist of the cuisine.  After eating, took a wee stroll through the mini street fair. Did some walking around town, saw lots of women hanging at their windows in bikinis (Red Light District).  They kept trying to have a conversation with the men walking around.  I don't think they realized that the men couldn't hear them.  Returned to apt after shopping for groceries, then a short nap.  Dinner was a bit late in evening.  Fantastic place called Pancake Bakery.   Love pancakes!  Here you can have them anyway you want.  WOO HOO!  Got back to apt around ten-ish.  Henri is the best tour guide!
